Our Head of Sustainability and Innovation, Elaine Neill was delighted to attend Queen’s University in Belfast recently to deliver a guest lecture to Level 1 Food Science & Nutrition students as part of their Sustainable Food Systems module.
Here at Gilfresh Produce Sustainability is one of our core values and central to everything that we do, so it was great to help raise awareness of the work that we are doing here to reduce our impact on the environment.
We hope that the students all enjoyed the session and will take away some learnings that will help in their course and future careers within the food industry.
