What qualities do you look for in candidates?
We value individuals who are reliable, hardworking, team-oriented, and passionate about fresh produce. Experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
Do I need previous experience to work in production or farming roles?
Not necessarily. While experience is helpful, we provide training for many of our entry-level roles. Enthusiasm and a good work ethic are what matter most.
Where are you based?
Our main site is located at 56 Creenagh Road, Loughgall in Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland. Our farm operations extend across larges parts of counties Armagh, Tyrone, Down and Louth.
What are the working hours like?
Working hours vary depending on the role. Some positions are office based whilst others involve shift work. Flexibility can be required. There can be early starts and overtime required to meet production schedules, especially during busy harvest seasons or peak seasonal trading periods.
Is there room for career progression?
Yes. We’re committed to supporting staff development through training, mentoring, and opportunities to move into supervisory or managerial roles.
Do you offer internships or seasonal work?
Yes, we offer seasonal roles particularly during peak harvest times, as well as occasional internships or student placements in areas like agriculture, food science, and business.
