Gilfresh Guest Lecture at Queen’s University Belfast

Our Head of Sustainability and Innovation, Elaine Neill was delighted to attend Queen’s University Belfast last week to deliver a guest lecture to students as part of their Sustainable Food Systems module.

Here at Gilfresh Produce Sustainability is one of our core values and central to everything that we do, so we are delighted to share with the next generation of food industry experts about what we are doing to reduce our impact on the environment.

This is the third year in a row that Elaine has delivered a guest lecture as part of the course. We are delighted to be supporting Queen’s University and these students by informing them of the latest industry innovations and advancements and the steps that we are taking at Gilfresh to reduce our impact on the environment.

We wish the students well in their future careers and hope to see them taking up roles in our vibrant food industry in the near future.
