Growing Knowledge at Hardy Memorial PS Visit

We were delighted to visit Hardy Memorial Primary School in Richhill recently to give the P3 pupils an insight into how their vegetables travel from our farm all the way to their fork.

As part of their current class topic on ‘Food,’ the children were excited to learn about the wide variety of vegetables we grow at Gilfresh Produce. They thoroughly enjoyed watching videos showing the entire journey — from planting and harvesting to washing and packing — all taking place right here at Gilfresh.

The visit also included a question and answer session, where the pupils impressed us with their thoughtful and insightful questions. Well done, everyone!

We hope this experience inspires some of these young learners to consider careers within the vibrant and ever-growing Agri-Food industry in years to come.
