One Pan Beef & Black Bean Stir Fry
Ingredients:
350g Beef stir fry strips
1 tbsp Cornflour
Seasoning: salt and pepper
1 White Onion – sliced
2 Peppers – Red, Yellow – sliced
1 Spring Onions – sliced
1 Chilli – deseeded and sliced
1 Broccoli Head – diced into small florets
1 Carrot – peeled and shredded
2 tbsp vegetable oil
250g Black Bean Sauce
2 packets of Fresh Egg Noodles
Method:
- Mix beef strips, cornflour and seasoning in a bowl.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef stir fry strips and cook
until browned for 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside. - Add vegetables to centre of the pan. Cook and stir fry for 4 minutes until veg softens.
- Add sauce and fresh egg noodles and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan, bring mixture to a simmer and then remove from the heat.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
