Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Chestnuts and Bacon

Ingredients:
500g Brussels Sprouts – trimmed and halved
1 tbsp Olive Oil
175g Smoked Bacon Lardons
125g Cooked Chestnuts
50g Parmesan Cheese
Black Pepper
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees celcius Place sprouts, lardons and chestnut pieces onto baking tray. Toss
with Olive Oil and Black Pepper. - Place in oven and roast for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and toss.
- Return to oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan and cook for a
further 2 minutes – Enjoy!
