Seasonal Sweetheart Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients
- Sweetheart Cabbage – cut into 4 wedges
- 75g Butter
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Chilli Flakes
- ½ a Lemon – zest and juice
Cooking Instructions
- Cut the Sweetheart Cabbage into 4 equal wedges, lengthways and do not remove the heart (it tastes great when it’s cooked).
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the cabbage wedges and cook for 4 minutes. Remove cabbage wedges, drain and dry well.
- Melt butter in a frying pan of a high heat, add cabbage wedges and fry on each side for 2 minutes or until golden. Transfer cooked cabbages to the plate.
- Add lemon juice, chilli and garlic to the remaining butter in the frying pan, stir together and pour over the wedges. Serve hot. Enjoy as part of a main meal!
